Could this be why I feel 100% Roman? :)
The fascination for Art has been nourished since I was a child thanks to the trips made with my family all around my incredible Italy. This passion has never abandoned me, quite the contrary!
I graduated in Art History cum laude at La Sapienza University of Rome, I have a Master in Cultural Mediation in Museums, I'm licensed Educator in Didactics for the Visually Impaired and have attended many other courses of specialization in Archeology and Art History and I became an officially licensed Guide in 2010, and I am also licensed to tour inside the Vatican Museums.
My experience as a tour guide not only for private clients but also in national and international institutional events, and with important private companies and schools, allows me to adjust and tailor experiences according to interests and needs.
But, above all, as a passionate of the Eternal City, I can't wait to let you discover its thousand hidden treasures.
History, stories and Beauty are the ingredients of my tours and … of your next memories of the Eternal City!
A Recent Review of this guide
Read ReviewsWhat an absolute delight it was to tour with Livia! She was both knowledgeable and interesting in her discussions. She clearly had a plan for our Colosseum/Forum/Palatine tour, but effortlessly audibled based on our interests. She even accommodated for our pace when one of our members came up a bit lame. We could not be happier with Tours By Locals in general or Livia in particular. She is absolutely brilliant in her knowledge and communication skills.
