She is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions as she is a fully licensed and accredited guide. She also had lots of tips about places to see in Rome as well as other excursions on the outskirts of the city for future reference. Great guide!

United StatesOh I can't even begin to put into words how wonderful Raffaela is as a guide for your tours of Rome but I will try. She took a very tired family of seven that was up at 6:00am off a cruise and through not only the Vatican City but the Forum and Colosseum as well. She went well above and beyond helping our injured family member find and rent a wheelchair for use for two full days in Rome. She has more knowledge about Rome than most will find in a lifetime. Just book her and you'll be happy.

United StatesI rated one tour already from Raffaela five stars due to the sheer amount of effort she put into helping our family make the most of our first day after a very early disembarkment from the Ritz Carlton Yacht Collection ship Evrima. Now I'll go into to how great she was taking us through the Forum and Colosseum. Her wealth of knowledge of the historical points of Rome is second to none. We felt well taken care of and well attended. She is a miracle worker when it comes to being a guide.

She is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. Great personality and fun to be with. This is important in a 4 hour tour. Huge bonus. The lines were incredibly long and to be able to skip those saved us hours. This alone is worth the price. I would highly recommend this tour and guide.

CanadaRaffaela provided an amazing Vatican experienced; we've seen the Sistine Chapel on 2x prior but this visit with Raffaela brought it all to life, with her knowledge and storytelling. We enjoyed the tour so much we asked for more & with her assistance arranged to have her take us around Rome's major sights (driven by a colleague Giancarlo in a golf cart to accommodate mobility challenges for one of our group). We saw parts of Rome we would never have seen on our own. We highly recommend Raffaela!
