We had an incredible tour of the Forum with Mario! He was so knowledgeable. Although we have been to Rome many times, we learned so much about the history from him and in a very interesting way! We are 75 and move a bit slower. But he honored that and made a pace we could keep up with. We would highly recommend him and plan to ask him again when back in Rome.

Our group loved our tours with Mario. He was very accommodating and adjusted our tour to fit the desires of our group of six. It was so nice seeing things in Rome that we're off the beaten path and absolutely beautiful, as well as seeing the normal tourist destinations while bypassing long lines. I would recommend Mario and happily have him as a guide if we make it to Rome again.

Mario is a great tour guide. My wife, her sister and husband and I engaged Mario for a whirlwind 3+ day tour. The tour included Ancient Rome (many sites including the Coliseum, Temples, many Roman Monuments, etc.), Vesuvius and Pompeii, Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, St. Peter's Basilica) and other sites in Rome including Spanish Steps, many fountains, etc. Not only was he a fantastic tour guide but he also wrapped it up with drivers, hotel recommendations, etc. Mario was FANTASTIC!!

Mario was an excellent guide. He did a great deal of customization before and during our day. His English was superb! Our group of 6 including two teenagers all liked him. He has tremendous knowledge. He guided us to a great local lunch spot where everyone enjoyed pizza and pasta. I would highly recommend him and we would use him again. Mario B. was fantastic! We had a wonderful two days of touring customized for us. Amazing tour of Rome with Mario! Mario was able to find interests for our entire group of 6. We wanted a tour that was off the beaten path when visiting Rome and Mario delivered. Our tour was over 2 days allowing us time to explore on our own as well. We started with a walking tour as Mario pointed out many unique parts of Rome. Had our best meal in a local restaurant, and a tour of Rome at night. The next day traveling to Lake Albano and the Appian Way. Thank you Mario!

The chance to return to Florence for a day from Rome proved irresistible. We met at the station to take the train to Florence. The trip lasted about 90 minutes. Once on Florence we visited the Accademia with an emphasis on the painting collection, then did some shopping before lunch. After lunch Mario led us through the Uffizi. While we had been to the Uffizi before, Mario was by far the most knowledgable guide we have had. We even had time for drinks before returning to Rome. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Mario was the ideal guide. He covered all of our needs and yet showed us in three days what it would have taken 5 days to see on our own. Mario is great. He arranged exactly the day we hoped for and more. He took 4 of us on an excursion to Tagliacozzo and Tivoli and evening arranged a driver for the day. Along the way he pointed out and discussed various historically significant sites etc, which made the entire trip very interesting even when in the van. He also gave us great recommendations on things to do with the rest of our trip including visiting a winery in Chianti that was amazing with truly delightful people.

Mario was a wonderful tour guide (and very funny)! He was very passionate and knowledgeable about Rome and created a tour for us that hit all of the top sites and also all of the top places for foodies. His choices for the tasting tour were delicious and some of the best meals we had on our trip.
