Michele was delightful and informative on everything from medieval art history and architecture to wine! He absolutely spoiled our family and catered the day to our interests. It was wonderful having the more intimate tour. If I were to book the trip to Italy again I would book a week just with Michele and forget the groups of 50!

Michele was an amazing guide. We visited Rome for a family trip. My husband and I knew very little about Rome while my daughter is a Classical Studies major and is well versed in Latin and ancient Greek. Michele could teach my daughter at a higher level but at the same time keep us novices engaged! We LOVE Michele! The best guide- you cannot go wrong. He made our trip to Rome an easy, rewarding and lifetime experience. Michele is an actual archaeologist! He brought the Colosseum to life for us and our son, and we could imagine what it looked like in 80 AD (I learned something!). Michele was an amazing tour guide. He was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and passionate. Michele literally helped us time travel back 2000 years! The way he tells the stories and describes the immense feat that went into building all these monumental buildings helps you look at it in awe and wonder! I've visited the colosseum once before without a guide and while it was still undeniable, this was on a whole other level. It was the best tour I've been on and Michele is so patient, personable, and knowledgeable. He engages his audience and we had the best time :) I highly recommend!

Michele was so good we had booked both our tours with him in Rome. The second tour was a half day Vatican tour with him of the museum and Sistine Chappell. He arranged our transport from the cruise terminal to the Vatican museum entrance and got us through and past many of the thousands of other visitors in the most efficient way possible. He knowledge and insight was excellent for my family group. His suggestion on lunch and gelato after our tour were also great. Thank you for our memories of Rome

Michele was the best and brightest I could have picked to give my family the tour experience our Ancient Rome. Michele was exceptional for the tour of the Colosseum and the Roman Forum.
