The tour of the Vatican, St. Peter's,etc. was beautiful and awe-inspiring. The reason we were able to enjoy this so much was due to the efforts of Rosanna, our guide. Her knowledge, and ability to share the knowledge, was truly remarkable. She was also so sensitive to our walking limitations and allowed us to enjoy everything at our pace. Out of all our travels, one of the most memorable visits we have ever had - thanks to Rosanna.

Truly outstanding! Rosanna's incredible knowledge of art, religion, culture, and politics is so well integrated that we seemed to be immersed in the times. We did the tour of the Jewish Ghetto and Trastevere with Rosanna S. She was marvelous, her narrative interweaving history, archeology, architecture and politics in a thorough and entertaining manner. She manages somehow to combine encyclopedic knowledge with an engaging personality and wry wit. If you really want to learn as much as possible about the area, she should be your choice.

Rosanna was wonderful. She had an unbelievable depth of knowledge, not only regarding the history of the Vatican art collection, but also history in general, and how it affected the arts through the centuries. She was very personable and ready to answer all the questions we posed to her. This tour was definitely worth the expense, and I would highly recommend it to everyone anyone interested in visiting the Vatican. It was the highlight of our trip to Rome!

This gallery is amazing and so is Rosanna. This might have been our favorite museum of all time. I would suggest leaving the whole rest of the day free because it is vey hard to get tickets and so the tour guide might have to adjust your starting time depending on what it available - this is beyond their control. Rosanna was so knowledgeable and accommodating. We had three tours with her and they were all awesome. You can tell she loves what she does and lives and breathes art. Highly recommend Rosanna

Rosanna was the best, we highly recommend her! When she learned we were especially interested in art history she customized our itinerary a bit to include some of the Vatican painting collections and we loved it. Communicate your interests with her and she will accommodate you. We had a great day with her - she knows an incredible amount about art history.

My 15 year old daughter and I traveled to Rome for an art history extravaganza and Rosanna was the best! We went on three tours with her. She is incredibly knowledgeable - we felt like she was telling us only a tiny fraction of all that she knew. Rosanna is super passionate about art history and Rome - she has spent her entire life and education studying the works she showed us. We both laughed about how we missed her after our awesome three tours. Highly recommend!

Rossana made for a fun and educational day at the Vatican. She got the guards to let us into a whole gallery that was blocked off to the public. Very special! Our Vatican tour couldn't have been better. Rosanna, our guide was a walking encyclopedia plus laid back and relaxed. What a combination!!! Stefano, our driver from the cruise port was very efficient and such a pleasure. I learned some of his Italian techniques for pasta with clams. This excursion was really a ten.

Our group of nine consisted mostly of teenagers and young adults, and Rosanna kept their attention and their interest in the Vatican Museums, and the Basilica. Rosanna was an awesome guide for our family of 6 adults....very interesting and informative and made our Vatican visit so much richer and understandable vs walking around aimlessly not knowing the history and back story of all the artifacts.
