United StatesThis was a great, unique tour. Silvia provided not only the history of the Ostiense area but also of Rome. The tour begins just outside the walls of Rome. I knew very little about this area and it's street art. I learned so much, including how particular street art is tied to local issues. Silvia is so knowledgeable and provided the background needed to understand the art. At the end of the tour Silvia showed me a street food market where I had an interesting and fresh pasta lunch - it was delicious.

She even surprised us with tickets to the underground of the Colosseum, which was such a great addition to the tour. Silvia is full of energy and very accommodating to anything we needed. She was great with our teenagers, too, and kept them interested the entire time. If Silvia is free on your day in Rome,don't miss your chance!

United StatesWe added the extra hour to explore the Palantine Hill area as well and it was definitely worth it. Having a guide through this area in Rome is extremely helpful as it gives you incredible insight into what the ruins are while also understanding modern day Rome.
