Natalia's English is very good and she brings drawings and brochures to illustrate her points. For the Colosseum tour Natalia added the stadium floor access (an extra ticket) She also adjusted the tours for items we specifically requested. Natalia was flexible with her tour start time, since some tours require early access to avoid the big crowds..

United StatesWe had Natalia for the Vatican and Colosseum/Forum tours. Both tours were well done, with a lot of information. Natalia's English is very good and she brings drawings and brochures to illustrate her points. For the Vatican tour, St Peter had a service that cut short the tour, but Natalia added other content in the Vatican Museum not originally planned and tour actually went a little long. She also adjusted the tours for items we specifically requested, for example the Raphael Rooms.

You will be so glad you booked this tour and Natalia as your guide. After the Colosseum, seeing Palatine Hill and the Forum will take your breath away. Natalia made sure all of our questions were answered and went above and beyond to accommodate our group. We will not hesitate to book her again and send our friends her way. We had a wonderful time w/ her!

Thanks to her guidance we experienced and moved through so much but never hurried or rushed. I can't imagine that we would have enjoyed the day or been able to soak in the wonders if we had to navigating the lengthy ticket lines, long galleries and crowds without someone like Natalia!! AustraliaWow, what a fantastic tour and a wonderful tour guide we had in Natalia. She is such a knowledgeable guide and gave us an informative and detailed tour of the Palatine, Forum and Colosseum. Even when our pre-paid tickets did not work at the Colosseum she was not deterred and managed to organise replacements and continued the tour and gave extra time to compensate for that lost in the delay. We strongly recommend Natalia for anyone wanting more than just a simple "touristy" tour of Rome.
