Meet local guide Gaia P. in Rome, Italy

I was born and raised in this lovely city, surrounded by beauty, archaeology, art, and history and because I love all this, I decided on classical studies!

I took art, history, and Greek and Latin at the high school, and then I studied archaeology at the university, working and doing many excavations near the city of Rome and, particularly, in the South of Italy! Together with my university friends and colleagues we traveled a lot, to discover and learn about different ancient cultures, and this made us able to understand better and better the great Roman age, so well represented in the capital city!

After I graduated, I got the license to be a tour guide and my dreams came true!!!! I could make my passion for my job! This is very important because people I meet can feel how much I really love what I do. . . .
Whenever I do a tour and I meet my clients, since I receive their first message or mail, I try to make them happy and satisfied, customizing every single aspect of the tour they're gonna do; this is the reason why I can organize beautiful tours both for small groups with only adults and for families with kids!!!!
I want my clients can discover the eternal city of Rome with the eyes of real Romans, that every single day lives and love it!

This is the eternal city, where the ancient and the modern can be fused together, where people can just walk into an archaeological area watching all around modern and contemporary buildings, where they can learn at the same time about different religions, different cultures and lifestyles!!!

I do a lot of tours, in the Vatican and everywhere in Rome, because this is my full-time activity, but I organize tours also all around Rome, calling and hiring a driver with his own vehicle to go to different towns and small villages farther from Rome, to give to my clients even the opportunity to see how is the life of the citizens outside the eternal city!
